Dr. Oluseyi Olutoyin Olugbire holds a doctoral degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She is a Socio-economic Researcher in the Department of Forest Economics and Extension Services, Forestry Research Institute of Nigeria (FRIN), Ibadan, Nigeria. Olugbire heads the Extension Services and Outreach Unit of the Institute and coordinates Forest Extension activities and community development programs. Her unit works toward advancing community based sustainable forest and natural resource management in achieving food security and poverty reduction in the face of climate change in the country. She is involved in research on climate change adaptation, livelihoods, bio-energy and natural resource management in forest communities.
